What's actually in the monthly report?
Six sections: lead and revenue summary, ad spend breakdown by channel, map pack ranking movement, test results and what changed, competitor moves and our response, and exactly what we're doing next month. Every number is tied to something that affects your bottom line.
What if something isn't working — will you tell me or wait for me to notice?

Do you report on vanity metrics like impressions and follower counts?
No. We only report on what drives revenue — phone calls, form submissions, cost per lead by channel, map pack position, and actual return on ad spend. Impressions always look good even when campaigns are failing, which is exactly why other agencies lead with them.
What happens to my ad accounts and data if I decide to leave?
Everything is yours. Your ad accounts, landing pages, and all data stay with you if you ever leave. There's no lock-in and no hostage-taking. We also operate month-to-month after the initial onboarding period — we earn your business every month with results, not contracts.
